Micro surfacing underway on six Paradise Village streets
Work began September 8 and is expected to wrap by the end of the month, weather permitting.

The City has issued A1 Chipseal their notice to proceed for the 2026 Micro Surfacing Project, with work scheduled to begin September 8th. This advance notification is intended to give residents in the Paradise Village subdivision time to prepare for upcoming roadway surface treatments on Aldridge Road, Garrison Drive, May Lane, Livesay Drive, Brookside Drive, and N. Edith Street.
A1 Chipseal will provide direct, project-specific notices to affected residents prior to work on each street. Their notices will include instructions regarding moving vehicles, trailers, and other items out of the roadway so crews can complete micro surfacing operations safely and efficiently. Application of micro-surfacing will be weather-dependent.
