MCHS parade on Main Street

Montezuma-Cortez High School’s homecoming parade runs down Main Street on Wednesday evening. Entries line up at 5 p.m. on North Park Street and the parade steps off at 5:30 p.m. Main Street, which is Highway 160 through downtown, is closed from North Park Street to Maple Street for the parade, and Cortez police will staff intersections along the route. The department says candy is welcome but may not be thrown.
