Cortez Planning and Zoning Commission meeting

The commission holds two public hearings: one on recommending that City Council be able to designate historic properties by resolution rather than by ordinance, and one on recommending that commissioners be allowed to attend meetings by videoconference. It also reviews the September 1 minutes and a report of permits issued between July 16 and October 15. Public participation comes first, with three minutes per speaker.
