Mancos volleyball swept at Telluride in its last league road match
Tuesday evening's 0-3 defeat leaves the Bluejays level at 3-3 in the league and 8-11 for the season. Two home dates follow this week.
Telluride swept Mancos 3-0 on Tuesday evening, a league fixture that drops the varsity Bluejays to 3-3 in league standings and 8-11 across the season.
It is the third defeat in a row for the varsity side, after the two home losses recorded in last Sunday’s week in review. No score has been entered for the junior varsity fixture played at Telluride the same evening.
The schedule brings Mancos back to its own gym twice before the weekend is out. Nucla arrives Thursday, junior varsity at 4:30 p.m. and varsity at 6 p.m., with both fixtures counting in the league. Ridgway follows on Saturday, junior varsity at 11 a.m. and varsity at 12:30 p.m., the varsity meeting counting toward standings.
Fixtures and scores here are taken from MaxPreps. A running table covering Montezuma-Cortez, Dolores and Mancos sits on this site’s scoreboards page; the school’s own season page is on MaxPreps.
