Council holds a public hearing and second reading on Ordinance 1371, which rewrites how the city licenses mobile food vendors, and takes up three airport items including the asbestos abatement bid. The work session beforehand includes a council listening session on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan and interviews with applicants for the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Library Advisory Board. Both meetings are streamed on the city’s website.
