The board opens a public hearing introducing the town’s proposed 2027 budget, takes up an open container permit for El Rio Cantina and holds its final discussion of chapters 3 and 4 of the comprehensive plan. A workshop on 2027 projects and capital spending precedes the meeting at 5 p.m. in the same room; the town says workshops are open to the public but take no public comment and make no decisions.
