Dolores Community Center sets first Stone Soup Jubilee
A free soup competition and shared-harvest table on Sunday, October 4, with a Dolores River stone required at the bottom of every pot.

1st Annual Stone Soup Jubilee Competition
Sunday, October 4th, 2026: Dolores Community Center 5:30-7:30 p.m.
FREE ENTRY
Stone Soup Contestants/ Contributors need to submit:
One batch of Stone Soup: *official Dolores River stone present at the bottom required
*Enough soup for approximately 6-8 people
Provided:
*Tasting cups, spoons and napkins available
*Voting tickets for the best fall Stone Soup at event
*Bring your soup for a chance to be the first annual Stone Soup Victor!!
Shared Harvest Contributors
-Any over abundance of your fall harvest. Bring your kale, zucchini, squash, tomatoes etc. to share with others!
Provided:
*Shared Harvest table available for display!
*Paper bags for distribution will be available
Please bring any cards, flyers and or other advertisements for your products**

Kitchen Kit Contributions: The Friends of the Dolores Community Center is building a Kitchen Kit box for users of the Dolores Community Center. If you have extra of any of these gently used items, come drop them in the Kitchen Kit contribution box.
