A two-day festival of fermentation classes at the Mancos Community Center, running Saturday and Sunday. Teachers cover a range of methods and foods, among them miso, sourdough bread, kimchi and dairy ferments. Times and registration are through the festival’s own site; the listing gives no admission price.
