Commissioners set Yellow Jacket town hall for October 5
The travelling meeting is aimed at Lewis-Arriola and Yellow Jacket residents, and is open to anyone.
The Montezuma County commissioners will hold a traveling town hall meeting in Yellow Jacket on Monday, October 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Yellow Jacket Livestock Auction, 19245 Road X.
The county says the meeting is aimed at residents of the Lewis-Arriola and Yellow Jacket areas, and is billed as a chance to hear updates from the commissioners, ask questions and raise local concerns. Everyone is welcome, the county said.
The county did not publish an agenda for the meeting. It is separate from the commissioners’ regular Tuesday meetings and workshops at the county administration building at 109 W. Main St. in Cortez, and from Coffee with the County, the commissioners’ standing drop-in session.
The meeting was announced by Montezuma County.
