DESCRIPTION:The City of Cortez is holding an open forum on its proposed 2
 027 budget\, so residents can hear where the money goes and say what the
 y think. The city says the session will also include an introductory pre
 sentation on the coming Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The city annou
 nced the forum in the release in which it said the Cortez Municipal Pool
  will open in 2027 after all\, and it noted at the same time that the bu
 dget schedule had changed: first reading of the budget ordinance is now 
 November 10 and second reading and the public hearing November 24\, both
